The XTRA APP draw is for all the winners (Tsogo Rewards members) of our SASSY SLOTS XTRA and LET’S DICE XTRA promotions that have downloaded and registered on the Tsogo Sun App on the promotional draw dates from 5 March until 24 April 2025

 

How Can I Win?

Ways to earn draw entries for the XTRA APP draw

Winners of our SASSY SLOTS XTRA slots promotion on the draw days of 5, 12, 19 and 26 March and 2, 9, 16 and 23 April 2025 and winners of our LET’S DICE XTRA slots bonus promotion on the draw days of 6, 13, 20, 27 March and 3, 10, 17 and 24 April 2025, that have downloaded and registered on the Tsogo Sun App on the promotional draw dates, will be entered into an XTRA APP draw that will take place on 30 April 2025.

Winners need to download and register on the Tsogo app on the day that they have been selected as winners (prior to the draw time, or after they have been selected)

Weekly winners of these two promotions that have downloaded and registered on the Tsogo Sun App, will receive a SMS or contact telephonically to collect their draw entry at the eHost and entered into the tombola.

Tickets will be available at the ehost for collection until the 30th of April 2025.

The live draws will take place on 30 April 2025 at 19h00 and 20h00 and 3 winners will be selected at each draw time via the draw bin. A total of 6 winners for the evening.

Participants may be drawn more than once, but can only win once at the 19h00 draw and also once at the 20h00 draw. So our patrons can win twice on the draw evening. A re-draw will take place if the same winner is selected at the same draw time.

The draws on 30 April 2025 are compulsory for our members to attend.

A total of R20 000 in Cash & Prizes are up for grabs on 30 April 2025. 3 winners will be selected via the draw bin (tombola) at 19h00 and 3 winners at the 20h00 draw. A total of 6 winners on the 30th of April 2025. The 1st selected winner will receive the lowest prize at both draw times.

  1. The XTRA APP draw is exclusive to all Mykonos Tsogo Rewards members and will take place on 30 April 2025.
  2. No person under the age of 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in the XTRA APP
  3. Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who falls into the category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion.
  4. The XTRA APP draw is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
  5. Winners of our SASSY SLOTS XTRA promotion on the draw days of 5, 12, 19 and 26 March and 2, 9, 16 and 23 April 2025 and winners of our LET’S DICE XTRA slots bonus promotion on the draw days of 6, 13, 20, 27 March and 3, 10, 17 and 24 April 2025, that have downloaded and registered on the Tsogo Sun App on the days of the promotional draws will be entered into an XTRA APP draw.
  6. Winners need to download and register on the Tsogo app on the day that they have been selected as winners (prior to the draw time, or after they have been selected).
  7. Weekly winners of these two promotions that have downloaded and registered on the Tsogo Sun App, will receive a SMS or contact telephonically to collect their draw entry at the eHost and entered into the tombola.
  8. Winners will receive weekly tickets for both promotions (so they can have more than one ticket in the tombola).
  9. Tickets will be available at the ehost for collection until the 30th of April 2025.
  10. Tickets will be entered into the draw bin (tombola), in the foyer area of the casino (draw bin will be under surveillance camera view) and only valid for 30 April 2025.
  11. The live draws will take place on 30 April 2025 at 19h00 and 20h00 and 3 winners will be selected at each draw time via the draw bin (tombola) and all the required personnel will be present to ensure compliance and all draw paperwork will be completed as per normal. A total of 6 winners for the evening.
  12. Participants may be drawn more than once, but can only win once at the 19h00 draw and also once at the 20h00 draw. So our patrons can win twice on the draw evening. A re-draw will take place if the same winner is selected at the same draw time.
  13. The draws on 30 April 2025 are compulsory for our members to attend. Participants may register to decline to be present at the draws by completing a Proxy Form. Participants may nominate a Proxy to act on their behalf if they choose not to be present. A positive and acceptable form of identification must be presented by both the Participant and Nominee (if applicable) when completing the Proxy Form.
  14. Participants or duly authorized representatives shall be required to present themselves within 90 seconds from the time of announcement, and must produce the valid ticket entry (possession of evidence of the winning receipt) and positive and acceptable form of identification e.g. a South African I.D./South African Driver’s Licence/Passport or other official form of identification as approved by the casino and any other details as required. A redraw will occur should participants not present themselves within 90 seconds or if their identity cannot be verified, then they will not be eligible for a prize and a re-draw will take place.
  15. The prescribed Proxy Forms will be available at the Tsogo Rewards Desk from 25 April until 30 April 2025 until 18h00.
  16. Should a prize winner who is eligible for a prize but not present as a result of declining an invite to be present for the draw by completing the prescribed Proxy Form, the casino shall take all reasonable steps to contact the prize winner via the contact details provided in the prescribed Proxy Form and/or GMS system. In such circumstances the prize winner may claim the prize within 15 days from the day of the draw at the Customer Service desk.
  17. Nominees shall not be entitled to any prize (s) or benefits and shall not take receipt of prizes accruing to the winner they represent.
  18. Prizes must be collected and signed for the receipt thereof by the relevant Prize Winner (not Nominees), as the case may be, within 15 days from the date of the draw at Mykonos Casino.
  19. R20 000 in Prizes are up for grabs on 30 April 2025 (Cash, +Play and Café Vigour Food and Beverage prizes). 3 winners will be selected via the draw bin (tombola) at 19h00 and 3 winners at the 20h00 draw and all the required personnel will be present to ensure compliance. A total of 6 winners on the 30th of April 2025. The 1st selected winner will receive the lowest prize at both draw times.
  20. All decisions of Mykonos Casino will be final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
  21. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
  22. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for this promotion offers, irrespective of the cause for  the technical failure or damage , another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of management and the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board will be notified of any such changes.
  23. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
  24. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.

  26. Any complaints and/or disputes can be lodged with the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board.
