Turn The Tables

1. No persons under 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in the Turn The Tables promotion.
2. Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who falls into the category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion.
3. The Turn The Tables promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents, or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
4. The Turn The Tables promotion is exclusive to Mykonos Casino Rewards cardholders only and patrons will earn manual draw tickets at Blackjack, Poker, and Roulette table games from 3 July until 3 August from 14h30 daily (Mondays to Thursdays), if they have the following combinations:

American Roulette:

1 Draw ticket for every player with a straight up bet on 21.

Split bets will not count.

No late bets will be allowed.

If a guest breaks any of the normal AR rules to manipulate the outcome of obtaining a winning combination, they will not be issued a ticket.             

Blackjack:

1 Draw ticket for every 21 score. All players on the box qualify for a ticket.

It can be any combination that adds up to 21.

If a guest breaks any of the normal BJ rules to manipulate the outcome of obtaining a winning combination, they will not be issued a ticket.

Poker:

1 Draw ticket for every 2 Pair.

The 2 pair will count as a 2 to 1 combination that makes 21.

This can be any 2 cards that makes up a 2 pair.

If a guest breaks any of the normal PK rules to manipulate the outcome of obtaining a winning combination, they will not be issued a ticket.

If a non-carded member would like to be part of the promotion, they must sign up as members of Mykonos Casino, to receive a draw entry.

5. Earning period for patrons for manual draw tickets at Poker, Blackjack and Roulette is from Mondays to Wednesdays from 14h30 until 01h00 and on Thursdays from 14h30 until 18h45, for the live draws on Thursdays at 19h00:

Earning period: Mondays to Thursdays

3 – 6 July for the live draw on 6 July at 19h00 – Ticket earning will stop on 6 July at 18h45

10 – 13 July for the live draw on 13 July at 19h00 – Ticket earning will stop on 13 July at 18h45

17 – 20 July for the live draw on 20 July at 19h00 – Ticket earning will stop on 20 July at 18h45

24 – 27 July for the live draw on 27 July at 19h00 – Ticket earning will stop on 27 July at 18h45

31 July – 3 August for the final live draw on 3 August at 19h00 – Ticket earning will stop on 3 August at 18h45.

The live draws will take place on 6, 13, 20 and 27 July and the final draw on 3 August at 19h00. 3 winning tickets will be selected via the tombola. Selected Winner 1 and selected Winner 2 will be eligible to win again at the third draw on each draw date, however Winner 1 can’t win again at the second selected draw. Winner 2 will also be eligible to win again at the third draw on each draw date. The winning tickets selected via the tombola will be verified on the gaming system. If the mobile number does not exist, a re-draw will then take place on 6, 13, 20 and 27 July and 3 August.

6. 3 Tickets (3 winners) will be manually drawn by a marketing representative, with an independent auditor present to oversee the drawing process, and will be announced by the Marketing Team.
7. The first drawn ticket will receive the lowest prize and the 3^rd selected winner the highest prize.
8. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for this promotion offer, irrespective of the cause for the technical failure or damage, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of management and the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board will be notified of any such changes.
9. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
10. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
11. Winners that are not present at the live draws on the 6, 13, 20 and 27 July and 3 August, will be contacted via SMS and personal call, if their names are drawn using the contact details provided by the members on the Gamesmart Management System. This It is not compulsory for patrons to be at the live draws.
12. Prizes are to be collected and signed for receipt thereof by relevant Prize Winners (not representatives) as the case may be, within 15 days from the date of the draw from the casino where the prize (s) were won.
13. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged and prize winners must sign for receipt of prizes.
14. The Accommodation prize excludes public holidays, school holidays, special days and subject to availability and is ONLY for two people, for two nights.
15. The Accommodation prize is only available for August, September and October (3-month period).
16. The Accommodation prize excludes transport from and to the venue and is not transferrable.
17. A person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
18. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
19. Any complaints and/or disputes can be lodged with the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board.
