THE LUCKY SPIN – UP TO R72 000 IN CASH & PRIZES

1.The Lucky Spin promotion is exclusive to all Mykonos Casino Rewards Cardholders and will run from 17 February until 31 March 2023.
2.No person under the age of 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in this promotion.
3.Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who fall into the category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion.
4.This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
5.Mykonos Casino Rewards Cardholders earn points by playing slots or tables with their Mykonos Casino Rewards cards.
6.Mykonos Casino Rewards Cardholders must earn 500 points to qualify for a draw entry for both live draw periods.

8.The live draws will take place on 10 and 31 March at 20h00 and 6 winners will be selected via the electronic draw selector at each draw date and all the required personnel will be present to ensure compliance and all draw paperwork will be completed as per normal.
9.The first drawn ticket will have the first opportunity to spin the spinning wheel to indicate the prize up for grabs. The amount on the spinning wheel can be won more than once per draw evening.
10.Participants may be drawn more than once via the electronic draw selector, but could only win once on the 10d and the 31st of March. A re-draw will take place if the same winner is selected.
11.All participants are required to be present on the respective dates/times to be eligible for a Prize: Provided that if a participant elects not to be present in person when the winner/s are announced, the participant may nominate another person who has been duly authorized in writing to attend the draw on behalf of a participant in the form and manner determined by management, the details of which will be available at the Customer Services Desk.
12.Participants or duly authorized representatives shall be required to present themselves within 90 seconds from the time of announcement, and must produce the valid ticket entry (possession of evidence of the winning receipt) and positive and acceptable form of identification e.g. a South African I.D./South African Driver’s Licence/Passport or other official form of identification as approved by the casino and any other details as required. A redraw will occur should participants not present themselves within 90 seconds or if their identity cannot be verified, then they will not be eligible for a prize and a re-draw will take place.
13.All prize winners need to show a positive and acceptable form of Identification i.e. South African ID, Valid Driver’s Licence, Mykonos Rewards card or Passport.
14.Draw entries cannot be purchased through Cash, points or any other form of consideration.
15.In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management and the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board will be notified.
16.Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged and prize winners must sign for receipt of prizes.
17.All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
18.Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
19.Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
20.The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.

22.Any complaints and/or disputes can be lodged with the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board.
23.In the case that Covid Regulations are re-instated with restrictions, we will notify the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board that the promotion will change accordingly.
