Sunday Chills At Mykonos Casino

1. The SUNDAY CHILLS promotion is exclusive to all active Mykonos Tsogo Rewards members and will be running from 15 July until 25 August 2024.
2. No person under the age of 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in the SUNDAY CHILLS
3. Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who fall into the category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion.
4. The SUNDAY CHILLS promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members
5. Mykonos Tsogo Rewards members will earn weekly tickets from Monday until Thursday, with live draws taking place on Sundays evenings of 21 & 28 July and 4, 11, 18 and 25 August 2024 at 19h00.
6. Mykonos Tsogo Rewards members will earn points by playing slots or tables with their Mykonos Rewards cards.
7. The weekly points earning is 400 per day to receive 1 draw ticket. A maximum of 4 draw tickets per week and our patrons can activate their draw tickets (maximum of 4) at the eHost on Sundays and place their tickets into the tombola (draw bin).

Earning period

8. Weekly draw mechanics:

Sunday Draw dates: 21 & 28 July and 4, 11 and 18 August 2024 at 19h00.

• Guests with entries in the tombola (draw bin) have to be present at the live draw dates on Sundays (Compulsory to attend).
• The live draws will take place at 19h00 and the winning ticket number selected via the tombola (draw bin), will be announced over the microphone.
• 4 Tickets (4 winners) will be manually drawn from the tombola by a marketing representative, with an independent auditor present to oversee the drawing process.
• The 1^st selected winner will receive the lowest amount and the 4^th selected winner, the highest amount.
• The live draws on 21 & 28 July and 4, 11 and 18 August 2024 are compulsory for our members to attend. Participants may register to decline to be present at the draws by completing a Proxy Form. Participants may nominate a Proxy to act on their behalf if they choose not to be present. A positive and acceptable form of identification must be presented by both the Participant and Nominee (if applicable) when completing the Proxy Form.
• Participants or duly authorized representatives shall be required to present themselves within 90 seconds from the time of announcement and must produce a valid ticket entry (possession of evidence of the winning receipt) and a positive and acceptable form of identification e.g. a South African I.D./South African Driver’s Licence/Passport or other official form of identification as approved by the casino and any other details as required. A redraw will occur should participants not present themselves within 90 seconds or if their identity cannot be verified, then they will not be eligible for a prize and a re-draw will take place.
• Patrons are allowed to win twice on a drawing evening.
• Tickets will be removed from the tombola (draw bin) after each live draw date.

Winners will also have the opportunity to receive a bonus prize, if they have downloaded and registered on the Tsogo Sun Mobile App. If the winner selected can show us that he/she has downloaded and registered on the Tsogo Sun Mobile App, they will receive an extra bonus prize of R500 +Play.

A total of Up to R11 000 in Cash & Prizes are up for grabs per draw date (if all 4 winners registered & downloaded on the app as well)

10. Draw entries cannot be purchased through cash, points or any other form of consideration.
11. The prescribed Proxy Forms will be available at the Tsogo Rewards Desk every week on Sundays until 18h00.
12. Prize winners or Proxies who are present will be given 90 seconds to present themselves and must have evidence of the winning ticket and/or Rewards card belonging to the prize winner and /or a positive and acceptable form of identification.
13. Should the prize winner not present themselves within 90 seconds, and there is no record of the prize winner declining the invitation to be present by completing the prescribed Proxy Form, a re-draw will take place.
14. Should a prize winner who is eligible for a prize but is not present as a result of declining an invite to be present for the draw by completing the prescribed Proxy Form, the casino shall take all reasonable steps to contact the prize winner via the contact details provided in the prescribed Proxy Form and/or GMS system. In such circumstances the prize winner may claim the prize within 15 days from the day of the draw at the Tsogo Rewards Desk.
15. Nominees shall not be entitled to any prize (s) or benefits and shall not take receipt of prizes accruing to the winner they represent.
16. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management, and the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board will be notified.
17. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged.
18. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
19. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
20. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
21. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.

23. Any complaints and/or disputes can be lodged with the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board.
