Step Up Your Points

1. No Person under 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in the STEP UP YOUR POINTS slots campaign, running from 6 May until 6 June 2024.
2. Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who falls into the category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this campaign.
3. The STEP UP YOUR POINTS slots campaign is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
4. Mykonos Casino Rewards cardholders (slots players) on the entire casino floor, will be eligible to participate in the STEP UP YOUR POINTS slots campaign between 18h00 until closing on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
5. Our Mykonos Casino Rewards cardholders earn points by playing slots with their Mykonos Casino Rewards cards.
6. Highest points earners during that time will be calculated the following day, every Thursday at 12pm.
7. Weekly Qualifiers:

• Week 1: 06-08 May, Winner Calculation 09 May
• Week 2: 13-15 May, Winner Calculation 16 May
• Week 3: 20-22 May, Winner Calculation 23 May
• Week 4: 27-29 May, Winner Calculation 30 May
• Weekly Prizes (06 May – 30 May 2024) as follow:
• Winners will be contacted telephonically and via SMS.
• Winners will have 7 days to collect their prize.

8. Final Prizes on 6 June 2024:

• Final Prizes: 06 May – 06 June 2024
• Top Earners of Week 1, Week 2, Week 3, Week 4, and Week 5 (03 – 05 June) will be calculated on 06 June to determine the Top 10 Points Earners for the period.
• Top 10: Prize breakdown and mechanics:
• Should the winners between 4 -10 have not downloaded the Tsogo Sun App before 06 June 2024, they will forfeit their prize.
• Winners will be contacted telephonically and via SMS.
• Winners will have 7 days to collect their prize

9. All decisions of Mykonos Casino will be final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
10. Any person transgressing the rules of this campaign will be disqualified.
11. Every participant in the STEP UP YOUR POINTS slots campaign shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
12. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for this campaign offer, irrespective of the cause for the technical failure or damage, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of management and the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board will be notified of any such changes.
13. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.

16. Any complaints and/or disputes can be lodged with the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board.
