SASSY SLOTS XTRA

1. The SASSY SLOTS XTRA bonus promotion is exclusive to all Mykonos Tsogo Rewards members and will run from 5 March until 23 April 2025. A separate XTRA APP draw will take place on 30 April 2025 for all winners that downloaded and registered on the Tsogo Sun App on the promotional draw dates.
2. No person under the age of 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in the SASSY SLOTS XTRA
3. Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who falls into the category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion.
4. This promotion, SASSY SLOTS XTRA is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
5. All Mykonos Tsogo Rewards members (slot machine players) on the entire casino floor, will be eligible to participate in the SASSY SLOTS XTRA bonus promotion between 15h00 until 19h30 on Wednesdays and stand a chance to be selected via the Gamesmart bonus selector. Every 30 minutes starting at 15h00 of 5, 12, 19 and 26 March and 2, 9, 16 and 23 April 2025, one winner (1 lucky machine number) will be selected via the Gamesmart bonus selector. A total of 10 winners per Wednesday and the winning machine numbers will be announced on the microphone by the Marketing Team.
6. Winners will be randomly determined in the following manner: The Gamesmart bonus selector is extracted for the entire floor, this will ensure that only active machines are selected.
7. The first machine number on the list each time, will be the relevant winner (every 30 minutes)
8. In the event that a selected winner does not want to participate, then he/she will be disqualified and the next lucky machine numbers on the list will be the winners.
9. As per management discretion, participants are entitled to win once per Wednesday.
10. Each prize winner will have the opportunity to select one of the 10 Prizes (Cash and +Play), by picking an envelope, without knowing what the prize will be.
11. The Marketing team will then present a bag with 10 balls to the winner. This could be an extra bonus prize for the winner. There are 5 bonus prizes and also 5 non bonus prizes. The ball can only be selected once per Wednesday. Prizes will be indicted on the balls.

12. The Prizes (Cash, +Play and Café Vigour Food and Beverage voucher) will be given to the winner at the winning machine by the Marketing Team, with Security present. The prize winner will sign for the receipt of the prize at the winning machine and also sign all paperwork (acknowledgement of prize receive and promotional consent form).
13. Weekly winners that have registered and downloaded on the Tsogo Sun App on the day of the promotion dates of 5, 12, 19 and 26 March and 2, 9, 16 and 23 April 2025 (this could be prior to the draw times or after the draw times, but must be on the day of the promotion), will receive a SMS or contact telephonically to collect their draw tickets at the eHost to enter into a tombola.
14. The XTRA APP draw will take place on 30 April 2025 at 19h00 and 20h00. The XTRA APP draw will also be in conjunction with our winners of our LET’S DICE XTRA promotion that have downloaded and registered on the Tsogo Sun App over the promotion period (6 March until 24 April 2025).
15. All prize winners need to show a valid form of Identification i.e. South African ID, Valid Driver’s Licence, Mykonos Casino Membership card or Passport.
16. The prize winner must claim the prize at Mykonos Casino within 15 days of the draw.
17. All decisions of Mykonos Casino will be final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
18. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
19. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for this promotion offers, irrespective of the cause for  the technical failure or damage , another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of management and the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board will be notified of any such changes.
20. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
21. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.

23. Any complaints and/or disputes can be lodged with the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board.
