1. No person under the age of 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in this Red Eye Mania – The Payout promotion.
2. Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who fall into the category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion.
3. This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
4. The RED EYE MANIA – THE PAYOUT promotion, was open for all our Mykonos Casino Rewards Cardholders and our patrons stand a chance to win a share of over R1.8 million in Cash & Cars over the promotional period.
5. This promotion is running from 13 January 2023 until 19 January 2024.

First Cash & Car draw on 14 December 2023

6. The first Cash & Car draw will take place on 14 December 2023 at 20h00. Due to the jackpots won before December, most of our patrons will not be here in December (holiday period) and therefore Mykonos Casino will do a non-attendance draw.
7. Winners that are not attending the draw will be contacted telephonically and will have a month period (until 18 January, just before the final draw) to claim their prize at Mykonos Casino. Prizes must be collected and signed for the receipt thereof by the relevant prize winner at Mykonos Casino. The winner will be required to produce a positive and acceptable form of identification (RSA ID, SA driver’s licence, or Passport).
8. Only our Jackpot winners from 23 January (with an amount of R10 000 or more jackpot wins) will be entered into the first cash & car draw on 14 December 2023.
9. An upload list of the ticket holders (members) with tickets will be uploaded on the electronic draw selector and patrons don’t have to activate their draw tickets at the eHost), due to the holiday period, but our patrons that would like to attend the draw can print their receipt at the eHost from the day we receive Gaming Board approval until the 14^th of December at 20h00.
10. The electronic draw process will be used.
11. 3 winners will be selected via the electronic draw selector at the first cash & car draw at 20h00.
12. The 1^st selected winner will receive R10 000 in cash, the 2^nd selected winner R20 000 in cash and the 3^rd selected winner will be the owner of the brand new Suzuki Jimny.
13. Participants may have more than one ticket, but can only win once on 14^th of December. A patron can only win one of the cars for the promotional period.
14. The first winner of the car draw, will be eligible to win the cash at the final Cash & Car draw, but not the car.

Final Cash & Car draw on 19 January 2024

15. The final Cash & Car draw will take place on 19 January 2024 at 20h00 (a month after the first Cash & Car Draw). Due to the jackpots won before December, most of our patrons will not be here in January (holiday period) and therefore Mykonos Casino will do a non-attendance draw.

20. During this month period, only qualifiers (jackpot winners) have the option to earn extra tickets for the final cash & car draw (with their entries already in the final cash & car draw) – 2 000 points per extra ticket entry.
21. The Electronic Draw Selector process will be used.
22. The 1^st selected winner will receive R10 000 in Cash, the 2^nd selected winner R20 000 in Cash and the 3^rd selected winner will be the owner of the brand new Suzuki Jimny.

24. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management. The Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board will be notified of any changes.
25. It’s the Rewards Member’s responsibility to ensure that Mykonos Casino has up to date contact details on our Gamesmart system and winners will be required to produce a positive and acceptable form of identification when they collect their winnings.
26. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged.

The RED EYE MANIA – THE PAYOUT promotion, is open for all our Mykonos Rewards Cardholders and non-members and our patrons stand a chance to win a share of one million rand in cash, R30 000 in cash at the launch draw, two brand new cars and a share of R60 000 in cash at the two cash & cars draws (R30 000 in cash at each cash & car draw date).
38. This promotion will run from 13 January 2023 until the final cash & car draw.
39. Launch draw information

• The Launch draw will take place on 20 January 2023 at 20h00 and will be exclusive to Mykonos Casino Rewards Members.
• NO Points earning required.
• Patrons can start printing their 1 x FREE entry ticket at the eHost from the opening time of the casino from 13 January at 09h30, until 20 January, before the live draw at 20h00.
• All cardholders (Black, Platinum and Gold) will only receive 1 x FREE draw ticket.
• The live draw will take place on 20 January at 20h00 and the 4 winners will be selected via the draw bin and all the required personnel will be present to ensure compliance and all draw paperwork will be completed as per normal. The 1^st selected winner will receive the lowest amount and the 4^th selected winner the highest amount. A total of R30 000 in cash is up for grabs at the launch draw.
• All Participants are required to be present on the respective dates/times to be eligible for a Prize: Provided that if a participant elects not to be present in person when the winner/s are announced, the participant may nominate another person who has been duly authorized in writing to attend the draw on behalf of a participant in the form and manner determined by management, the details of which will be available at the Customer Services Desk.

40. From 23 January 2023, the one million rand is divided into 1000 x R1 000 in cash prizes for any patron receiving a jackpot of R10 000 or more. Any patron that wins a jackpot from Monday to Friday from 09h30 until 17h00 and Saturday and Sunday from 09h30 until 14h00 will receive an extra R1 000 in cash and our Rewards cardholders will also receive an entry into the 2 x cash & cars draws (1 ticket for All TIERS, per jackpot win, per day). A punter is only allowed to win the cash prize on a jackpot win and draw ticket, once per day.
41. A non-member that wins a jackpot of R10 000 or more, needs to sign up as a Mykonos Rewards cardholder to be eligible for a draw ticket.
42. Table related games will be prohibited from this promotion.
43. A big screen will be displayed on the casino promotional stage with the total counting down from one million rand, with each patron that wins an extra R1 000, the amount will go down. 1000 jackpots to be won (1000 x R1 000)
44. After the last jackpot win (from the one million rand), there will be a month period, before the first cash & car draw will take place. After the 1^st cash & car draw, there will be another month period before the final cash & car draw will take place.
45. Only our jackpot winners will earn tickets for the 2 x cash & cars draws and their details will be loaded on the electronic draw selector system (CRM system) and will be valid for both cash & cars draw dates.
46. A patron can only win the car once in the promotional period. The winner of the first car draw can still win the cash at the final cash & car draw, but not the car. A re-draw will take place if the same patron is selected as the car draw winner at the final cash & car draw.
47. The date of the first cash & car draw, will be communicated to the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board and patrons will have a month period to activate their draw tickets at the eHost.
48. The date of the final cash & car draw will take place, a month after the 1^st cash & car draw and will be communicated to the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board and patrons will have a month period to activate their draw tickets at the eHost.

During the month period in respect of the final cash & car draw, only our existing jackpot winners can earn extra tickets for the final cash & car draw (with their entries already in the final cash & car draw) – 2000 points per extra ticket entry. Patrons will have a month period to earn and activate their draw tickets at the eHost. The extra ticket entries, will be also be loaded onto the CRM system.
50. 3 winners will be selected via the electronic draw selector at the first and final cash & cars draws at 20h00, by a marketing representative, with an independent auditor present to oversee the drawing process.
51. The first drawn ticket selected via the electronic draw selector at the first and final cash & cars draws, will receive the lowest cash prize and the 3^rd selected winner will be the owner of the new car.
