Money Or The Box

1. The MONEY OR THE BOX promotion is exclusive to active Mykonos Tsogo Rewards members and will be running from 12 August 2024, with the live draws taking place on 13 September 2024 at 19h00 and 20h00.
2. No person under the age of 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in the MONEY OR THE BOX
3. Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who fall into the category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion.
4. The MONEY OR THE BOX promotion, is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
5. This will be a Tier specific draw format promotion and our Mykonos Tsogo Rewards members must play slots or tables with their Mykonos Rewards cards to earn their points for their draw entry.
6. Our 10-Tier and J-Tier must earn 250 points, per ticket entry, from 12 August until 13 September 2024, to qualify for their draw entry, for the live draws taking place on 13 September 2024 at 19h00.
7. Our Q-Tier, K-Tier and A-Tier must earn 500 points, per ticket entry from 12 August until 13 September 2024, to qualify for their draw entry, for the live draws taking place on 13 September at 20h00.
8. Ticket activation for all Tiers, will take place from 6 September until 13 September 2024 at the eHost or Tsogo Sun Mobile App.
9. The live draws will take place on 13 September 2024 at 19h00 for our 10-Tier and J-Tier and 5 winners will be selected via the electronic draw selector. The live draws for our Q-Tier, K-Tier and A-Tier will take place at 20h00 and 5 winners will be selected via the electronic draw selector and all the required personnel will be present to ensure compliance and all draw paperwork will be completed as per normal. A total of 10 winners for the evening.
10. Winners will have the opportunity to either choose the money (Cash) or the box (with mystery prizes in) at both draw times.
11. For our 10-Tier and J-Tier they have a choice to either take the money (R3500 in Cash) or choose a box with a mystery prize in and for our Q-Tier, K-Tier and A-Tier they have the choice to either take the money ( R10 000 in Cash) or choose the box with a mystery prize in.
12. Participants may be drawn more than once, but can only win once on the draw evening. A re-draw will take place if the same winner is selected on the 13^th of September 2024.

13. Up to R80 500 in Cash & Prizes are up for grabs on 13 September 2024 (Cash, +Play and Café Vigour Food & Beverage Prizes) at the live draws at 19h00 and 20h00.

10-Tier and J-Tier draws at 19h00

5 winners will be selected at 19h00 draw via the electronic draw selector. The selected winners will have the opportunity to either pick a box or take the R3500 in Cash. The box can only be selected once on the draw evening. Our 5 Winners will also have the opportunity to receive a bonus Café Vigour Food & Beverage prize of R200 each, if they have downloaded and registered on the Tsogo Sun Mobile App, prior to the live draw time.

Q-Tier, K-Tier and A-Tier draws at 20h00

5 winners will be selected at 20h00 draw via the electronic draw selector. The selected winners will have the opportunity to either pick a box or take the R10 000 in Cash. The box can only be selected once on the draw evening. Our 5 Winners will also have the opportunity to receive a bonus Café Vigour Food & Beverage prize of R200 each, if they have downloaded and registered on the Tsogo Sun Mobile App, prior to the live draw time.

14. The draws on the 13^th of September 2024 are compulsory for our members to attend. Participants may register to decline to be present at the draws by completing a Proxy Form. Participants may nominate a Proxy to act on their behalf if they choose not to be present. A positive and acceptable form of identification must be presented by both the Participant and Nominee (if applicable) when completing the Proxy Form.
15. The prescribed Proxy Forms will be available at the Tsogo Rewards Desk from Monday the 9^th of September until Friday the 13^th of September 2024 until 18h00.
16. Prize winners or Proxies who are present will be given 90 seconds to present themselves and must have evidence of the winning ticket and/or Rewards card belonging to the prize winner and /or a positive and acceptable form of identification.
17. Should the prize winner not present themselves within 90 seconds, and there is no record of the prize winner declining the invitation to be present by completing the prescribed Proxy Form, a re-draw will take place.
18. Should a prize winner who is eligible for a prize but not be present as a result of declining an invite to be present for the draw by completing the prescribed Proxy Form, the casino shall take all reasonable steps to contact the prize winner via the contact details provided in the prescribed Proxy Form and/or GMS system.
19. Nominees shall not be entitled to any prize (s) or benefits and shall not take receipt of prizes accruing to the winner they represent.
20. Prizes must be collected and signed for the receipt thereof by the relevant Prize Winner (not Nominees), as the case may be, within 15 days from the date of the draw at Mykonos Casino.
21. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management, and the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board will be notified.
22. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged.
23. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
24. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
25. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
26. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.

28. Any complaints and/or disputes can be lodged with the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board.
