Mega Points Chase

1. No person under 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in this MEGA POINTS CHASE promotion, running from 01 August until 07 December 2024.

2. Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who falls into a category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion.

3. The MEGA POINTS CHASE promotion is exclusive to the Western Cape Tsogo Sun properties, namely The Caledon Casino, Mykonos Casino & Garden Route Casino.

4. This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.

5. This promotion is exclusive to Tsogo Rewards members. This promotion will consist of a leaderboard element that will run in conjunction with monthly draws at each of the 3 properties.

6. Our Tsogo Rewards members need to play slots or tables at their respective units to earn tickets into the monthly electronic draws and also to participate in the leaderboard chase.

7. All Mykonos Tsogo Rewards members have to earn 200 points to qualify for 1 ticket(s) into the launch draw on 30 August 2024 at Mykonos Casino.

8. All Mykonos Casino Tsogo Rewards members have to earn 200 points to qualify for 1 ticket(s) into the monthly draws on 27 September, 25 October and 29 November 2024 at Mykonos Casino.

9. Draws on 30 August, 27 September, 25 October and 29 November 2024 are compulsory for our members to attend at Mykonos Casino.

10. Participating Tsogo Rewards members will need to earn points, print their ticket receipt as per the below dates.

11. At the launch draw at Mykonos Casino on 30 August and monthly draws on 27 September, 25 October and 29 November 2024, 10 winners will be selected via the electronic draw selector on the draw evening and draws will take place at 19h00 and 20h00.

12. The draw ticket is only valid for the specific draw for which it has been allocated to.
Participants will have to keep their ticket receipt to claim their prize.
Prize Breakdown: At each draw time the first selected winner will receive the lowest prize and the final selected winner the highest prize.
A total of R40,000 in Cash and R20,000 in +Play are up for grabs per draw evening.

13. Winners at the draws on 30 August, 27 September, 25 October and 29 November 2024, can only win once per draw evening. A re-draw will take place if the same winner is selected.

14. Tsogo Rewards members must earn points and play where they predominantly gamble. They will therefore only be eligible to be on their predominant property’s leaderboard. Each property will display its Top slots points earners and Top tables points earners.

15. Tsogo Rewards members will receive tickets into the 07th December draw, based on their position on the leaderboard at their specific Unit.
• A leaderboard will be displayed on the gaming floor at Mykonos Casino, being updated weekly to display the Top points earners (Top 15 slots points earners and the top 5 tables points earners).
• Draw tickets for the final draw at The Caledon Casino, will be issued to the Top 15 Slots points earners & Top 5 tables points earners over the entire promotion from 01 Aug 2024 until 28 Nov 2024 on the leaderboard and also to the monthly Top 15 Slots points earners & Top 5 Tables points earners (monthly and overall ticket allocation on the table below).
• Ticket receipt collection (leaderboard monthly and winners of the entire period) will only start from Friday 29 November until Wednesday 04 December 2024 at the Tsogo Rewards desk at Mykonos Casino. Winners of the monthly and over the entire period will be contacted by SMS & telephonically.

16. Entries cannot be purchased for cash, points or through any other form of consideration.

17. Final Draw at The Caledon Casino:
• The top 15 slots points earners and top 5 tables points earners that are on the Mykonos Casino leaderboard will receive draw tickets as per the above leaderboard ticket breakdown (monthly and over the entire promotion).
• The top 15 slots points earners and top 5 tables points earners on the leaderboard will be informed via SMS and telephonically to collect their ticket receipt at the Tsogo Rewards desk (monthly winners and winners of the entire period)
• Ticket collection receipts starts from Friday 29 November until Wednesday 4 December 2024 at Mykonos Casino.
• Tickets will be placed in a sealed bag with a seal number at Mykonos Casino, Garden Route Casino and The Caledon Casino.
• Mykonos Casino & Garden Route Casino representatives will take their tickets to The Caledon Casino.
• Tickets will then be deposited into a tombola at the draw area on Friday the 06th of December, which will be monitored by Surveillance & Security.
• Participants in the final draw on 07 December 2024 can only win one prize.
• A total of 5 tickets will be drawn from the tombola on 07 December 2024 at 20:00.
• Draw Auditors will consist of Surveillance, Security & Marketing representatives in order to validate & verify the winning tickets.
• The draw will be screened live on property at all 3 units.
• It is compulsory for participants to be present either at the unit or at the live draw at The Caledon Casino.
• The first selected winner will receive the lowest prize and the final winner chosen will receive the
TOYOTA HILUX GD6 2.4.

DRAW PRIZES

18. Prize Winners will be selected by way of random draw. Draw times and dates will be advertised through approved advertising mediums used for this promotion. A breakdown of the prizes will be available at the Tsogo Rewards Desk and announced prior to the draw.

19. Participants must register to decline to be present at draws in person. No person shall be permitted to act on behalf of a participant to exercise this rule. Positive and acceptable form of identification must be presented by relevant parties when completing this process. (Please refer to the prescribed Proxy nomination form for this purpose).

20. Should there be a prize winner who is eligible for a prize, but who is not present as a result of declining an invite to be present for the draw, the casino shall take all reasonable steps to contact the prize winner via the contact details provided on the Proxy nomination form or through information that is otherwise readily available. In such circumstances, the prize winner may within 15 days of the draw claim the prize.

21. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise advertised. Prize winners must sign for receipt of prizes.

22. The prize winner must claim the prize at the casino within 15 days of the draw.

23. All decisions of Mykonos Casino will be final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into. Any complaints and/or disputes can be lodged with the Western Cape Gambling & Racing Board.

24. Any person transgressing the Rules of this promotion will be disqualified.

25. In the event of technical failure or damage to the devices used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management. Should any of the events occur, then the Western Cape Gambling & Racing Board will be notified within a 24 Hour Period to the technical Failure or Device.

26. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the Rules by virtue of their participation.

27. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.

28. Each winner will be called out and the winning ticket verified to the information displayed on the ticket Receipt.

29. Monthly draw winners will be selected via the eHost (Draw selector). Winners will be announced at draws or by telephone (if applicable). Earn tickets by playing Slot or table games. Competition rules available at www.mykonoscasino.co.za or at the Tsogo Rewards Desk.

30. The vehicle advertised and/or displayed is for advertising purposes only and might differ from the actual prize to be won.
