1. This promotion is exclusive to Rewards members and will run from 18 July until 29 December 2022.
2. No person under the age of 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in this promotion.
3. Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who fall into the category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion.
4. This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
5. Reward Cardholders must play slots or tables with their Mykonos Rewards card to start earning points from 18 July.

7. The live draws will take place on 11 August, 8 September, 6 October, 3 November, 1 & 29 December at 20h00 and 2 winners will be selected via the electronic draw selector at each live draw date and a marketing representative, with and independent auditor present to oversee the drawing process.
8. A patron can only win once at the live draw dates and a re-draw will take place if the same winner is selected on 11 August, 8 September, 6 October, 3 November, 1 & 29 December at 20h00.
9. Draw entries cannot be purchased through cash, points or any other form of consideration.
10. Participants do not need to be present at the live draws and the winners will be notified via SMS and telephonically.
11. The two winners per month will each receive a fuel voucher worth R1500 (R3000 in total for the two winners per live draw date).
12. The fuel vouchers can only be redeemed at Langemeer Service Station in Langebaan (near Club Mykonos). These vouchers will be valid for 15 days on the eHost and must be redeemed within 30 days at Langemeer Service Station.
13. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management and the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board will be notified.
14. Winners will be contacted via SMS and personal call, if their names are drawn using the contact details provided by the members on the Gamesmart Management System.
15. Prizes must be collected and signed for the receipt thereof by the relevant Prize Winner within 15 days from the date of the draw at Mykonos Casino.
16. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged and prize winners must sign for receipt of prizes.
17. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
18. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
19. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
20. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.

22. Any complaints and/or disputes can be lodged with the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board.
23. In the case that the Covid Regulations are changed, or that the business is further affected by the existing regulations, we will notify the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board that the promotion will change accordingly.
