Feel The Thrill

1. No person under 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in this promotion.

2. Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who fall into category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion.

3. This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.

4. Entries cannot be purchased for cash, points or through any other form of consideration.

5. The qualified patrons that earned their draw tickets will be informed by SMS that they have from 6 August until 23 September to activate their draw tickets at the e-host at Mykonos Casino

6. 4 Winners will be selected by the electronic draw selector at the non-attendance draw taking place on 24 September 2021 at 09h00 at Mykonos Casino.

5. The first 3 drawn tickets by the electronic draw selector on 24 September, will each receive R20 000 in cash and the last (fourth drawn ticket) by the electronic draw selector will be the owner of the Polo Vivo Trendline.

6. The 4 winners selected by the electronic draw selector will receive a personal call and SMS to notify then that they have 15 days to claim their prize at Mykonos Casino. If one of the winners decline the prize, a re- draw will take place on 24 September.

7. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise advertised.

8. Participants are entitled to only one prize at the non-attendance draw taking place on 24 September. A re draw will take place if the same patron is selected at the 09h00 draws

9. Prize winners must sign for receipt of prizes.

10. The prize winner must claim the prize at Mykonos Casino within 15 days of the draw.

11. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.

12. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.

13. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management. The Board will be notified of a new device that will be used.

14. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.

15. The Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board will be informed of unresolved disputes, subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act.
16. Any complaint and/or dispute can be lodged to the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board.

17. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.

19. The vehicle advertised and/or displayed is not necessarily the actual prize to be won.

20. All Covid-19 Safety Regulations and Protocols will be implemented
21 In the case that Covid regulations are changed, or that the business is further affected by the existing regulations, we will notify the Gaming Board that the promotion will change accordingly.
