1. No person under the age of 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in this promotion.
2. Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who fall into the category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion.
3. This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
4. This promotion is exclusive to Rewards members and will run from 20 September until 25 October 2021. The draw mechanics will be communicated via the channels used to advertise the promotion. Participants who wish to be notified via SMS must opt-in to receive SMS communication.
5. Participants earn points by playing Slots or Tables using their Mykonos Casino Rewards card.
6. Participants must earn 250 points between Mondays to Sundays to qualify for a ticket.
7. Earning period for the first non-attendance draw on 4 October

Points earning will start on 20 September until 26 September

Rewards members must activate their tickets at the e-host from 27 September until 3 October

Earning period for the second non-attendance draw on 11 October

Points earning will start on 27 September until 3 October

Rewards members must activate their tickets at the e-host from 4 October until 10 October

Earning period for the third non-attendance draw on 18 October

Points earning will start on 4 October until 10 October

Rewards members must activate their tickets at the e-host from 11 October until 17 October

Earning period for the Final non-attendance draw on 25 October

Points earning will start on 11 October until 17 October 2021.

Rewards members must activate their tickets at the e-host from 18 October until 24 October 2021.

8. Draw tickets cannot be purchased through cash, points or any other form of consideration. Tickets will be issued based on points earned on Slots or Tables during the promotion earning period.
9. Participants cannot be present for the draw/s, winners will be notified telephonically and by SMS using the contact details provided by the members on the GameSmart System.
10. 4 tickets (4 winners) will be drawn by the electronic draw selector on each non-attendance draw date of 4, 11, 18 and 25 October 2021.
11. Participants may be drawn more than once but can only win once per draw. A re-draw will take place if a winner is selected more than once at each draw date of 4, 11, 18 and 25 October 2021.
12. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management. The Gaming Board will be notify of any changes.
13. Prizes must be collected and signed for the receipt thereof by the relevant Prize Winner within 15 days from the date of the draw at Mykonos Casino.
14. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged.
15. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
16. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
17. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
18. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.

20. In the case that Covid regulations are changed, or that the business is further affected by the existing regulations, we will notify the Gaming Board that the promotion will change accordingly.
