DOUBLE UP MONDAY – Every Monday

1.The DOUBLE UP MONDAY is exclusive to all Mykonos Casino Rewards Cardholders and will run from 6 February until 27 March 2023.
2.No person under the age of 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in this double points offer.
3.Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, who is self-excluded, or who falls into the category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this double points offer.
4.The DOUBLE UP MONDAY is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents, or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
5.Mykonos Casino Rewards Cardholders must be actively playing on any slot machine on the entire gaming floor on Mondays of 6, 13, 20 and 27 February 2023 and Mondays of 6, 13, 20 and 27 March 2023, from 09h30 until 14h00, will be eligible to earn double points.

7.All decisions of Mykonos Casino will be final and binding, and no correspondence or appeals will be entered.
8.Double Points are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
9.In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for this offer, irrespective of the cause for the technical failure or damage, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of management and the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board will be notified of any such changes.
10.Every participant in the offer shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
11. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.

13.Any complaints and/or disputes can be lodged with the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board.
14.In the case that Covid Regulations are re-instated with restrictions, we will notify the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board that the offer will change accordingly.
