Crazy Slots

1. The CRAZY SLOTS bonus promotion is exclusive to all Mykonos Tsogo Rewards members and will run from 7 May until 25 June 2025.
2. No person under the age of 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in the CRAZY SLOTS
3. Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who fall into the category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion.
4. This promotion, CRAZY SLOTS is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
5. All Mykonos Tsogo Rewards members (slot machine players) on the entire casino floor, will be eligible to participate in the CRAZY SLOTS bonus promotion between 16h00 until 20h30 on Wednesdays and stand a chance to be selected via the Gamesmart bonus selector. Every 30 minutes starting at 16h00 of 7, 14, 21, 28 May and 4, 11, 18 and 25 June 2025, one winner (1 lucky machine number) will be selected via the Gamesmart bonus selector. A total of 10 winners per Wednesday and the winning machine numbers will be announced on the microphone by the Marketing Team.
6. Winners will be randomly determined in the following manner: The Gamesmart bonus selector is extracted for the entire floor, this will ensure that only active machines are selected.
7. The first machine number on the list each time, will be the relevant winner (every 30 minutes)
8. In the event that a selected winner does not want to participate, then he/she will be disqualified and the next lucky machine numbers on the list will be the winners.
9. As per management discretion, participants are entitled to only win once per Wednesday.
10. Each prize winner will have the opportunity to select one of the 10 Prizes (Cash and +Play), by picking an envelope, without knowing what the prize will be. After the winner selected the envelope, the Marketing team will then present two balls to the winner – one with the wording “No spinning of Wheel” and one with the wording “Spin the Wheel”. If the winner selected the “Spin the Wheel” ball, the winner will have the opportunity to spin the spinning wheel for a bonus (extra) prize to be won.
11. The physical wheel will display all the possible prizes and have an indicator (i.e. arrow) that will indicate the prize that has been won, once the wheel stops spinning.

13. The Prizes (Cash, +Play and Café Vigour Food and Beverage) will be given to the winner at the winning machine by the Marketing Team, with Security present. The prize winner will sign for the receipt of the prize at the winning machine and also sign all paperwork (acknowledgement of prize receive and promotional consent form)
14. All prize winners need to show a valid form of Identification i.e. South African ID, Valid Driver’s Licence, Mykonos Membership card or Passport.
15. The prize winner must claim the prize at Mykonos Casino within 15 days of the draw.
16. All decisions of Mykonos Casino will be final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
17. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
18. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for this promotion offers, irrespective of the cause for  the technical failure or damage , another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of management and the Western Cape Gambling and Racing board will be notify of any such changes.
19. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
20. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.

22. Any complaints and/or disputes can be lodged with the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board.
