Birthday Celebrations

1. The BIRTHDAY CELEBRATIONS promotion is exclusive to all active Mykonos Tsogo Rewards members and will be running from 02 November until 15 December 2024.
2. No person under the age of 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in the BIRTHDAY CELEBRATIONS
3. Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who fall into the category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion.
4. The BIRTHDAY CELEBRATIONS promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members
5. This promotion is open to all our active Mykonos Tsogo Rewards members, with NO POINTS earning required.
6. The draw format will offer FREE draw tickets for all Mykonos Tsogo Rewards members, which can only be collected on Saturdays and Sundays of 02, 03, 09, 10, 16, 17 23, 24 and 30 November and 01, 07, 08 and 14 and 15 December 2024.
7. 2 x Free draw tickets on Saturdays and 2 x Free draw tickets on Sundays that can be collected from 09h30 at the eHost.
8. A total of UP to 4 x Free draw tickets per weekend.

10. The live draws will take place on Sundays of 03, 10, 17 and 24 November and 01, 08 and 15 December 2024 at 19h00. The eHost will close at 18h55 on Sunday for ticket printing.
11. Sunday draws mechanics:

Amount of winners:  6 winners will be selected via the tombola (draw bin) on each draw date

• Guests with entries in the tombola (draw bin) have to be present at the live draw dates on Sundays (compulsory to attend).
• The live draws will take place at 19h00 and the winning ticket number selected via the tombola (draw bin), will be announced over the microphone.
• 6 Tickets (6 winners) will be manually drawn from the tombola by a marketing representative, with an independent auditor present to oversee the drawing process.
• Each winner will have the opportunity to spin the wheel for a prize. The physical wheel will display all the possible prizes and have an indicator (i.e. arrow) that will indicate the prize that has been won, once the wheel stops spinning.
• The amount on the spinning wheel can be won more than once per Sunday.

Prizes on the spinning wheel will include the following:

• Winners will also have the opportunity to receive a bonus prize, if they have downloaded and registered on the Tsogo Sun Mobile App. If the winner selected can show us that he/she has downloaded and registered on the Tsogo Sun Mobile App, they will receive an extra bonus Café Vigour Food & Beverage voucher of R250.
• If all winners (6 in total) spin on the amount of R3500 and all our winner downloaded and registered on the Tsogo App there could be Up to R22 500 in Cash and Prizes per Sunday.
• Total up for grabs for the 7 live draws dates (promotional period) – Up To R157, 500 (In Cash, +Play and Café Vigour Food & Beverage prizes).
• The live draws on 03, 10, 17 and 24 November and 01, 08 and 15 December 2024 are compulsory for our members to attend. Participants may register to decline to be present at the draws by completing a Proxy Form. Participants may nominate a Proxy to act on their behalf if they choose not to be present. A positive and acceptable form of identification must be presented by both the Participant and Nominee (if applicable) when completing the Proxy Form.
• Participants or duly authorized representatives shall be required to present themselves within 90 seconds from the time of announcement, and must produce the valid ticket entry (possession of evidence of the winning receipt) and positive and acceptable form of identification e.g. a South African I.D./South African Driver’s Licence/Passport or other official form of identification as approved by the casino and any other details as required. A redraw will occur should participants not present themselves within 90 seconds or if their identity cannot be verified, then they will not be eligible for a prize and a re-draw will take place.
• Patrons are allowed to win twice on a draw evening.
• Prizes are to be collected and signed for receipt thereof by relevant Prize Winners (not representatives), within 15 days from the date of the draw at Mykonos Casino.
• Tickets will be removed from the tombola (draw bin) after each live draw date.

12. Draw entries cannot be purchased through cash, points or any other form of consideration.
13. The prescribed Proxy Forms will be available at the Tsogo Rewards Desk every week on Sundays until 18h00.
14. Prize winners or Proxies who are present will be given 90 seconds to present themselves and must have evidence of the winning ticket and/or Rewards card belonging to the prize winner and /or a positive and acceptable form of identification.
15. Should the prize winner not present themselves within 90 seconds, and there is no record of the prize winner declining the invitation to be present by completing the prescribed Proxy Form, a re-draw will take place.
16. Should a prize winner who is eligible for a prize but not present as a result of declining an invite to be present for the draw by completing the prescribed Proxy Form, the casino shall take all reasonable steps to contact the prize winner via the contact details provided in the prescribed Proxy Form and/or GMS system. In such circumstances the prize winner may claim the prize within 15 days from the day of the draw at the Tsogo Rewards Desk.
17. Nominees shall not be entitled to any prize (s) or benefits and shall not take receipt of prizes accruing to the winner they represent.
18. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management, and the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board will be notified.
19. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged.
20. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
21. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
22. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
23. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.

25. Any complaints and/or disputes can be lodged with the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board.
