Free Draw Entries

1. The MID-MONTH FREEBIE promotion is exclusive to active Mykonos Tsogo Rewards members and will be running from 10 March 2025, with the live draws taking place on 14 March 2025 at 19h00 and 20h00.
2. No person under the age of 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in the MID-MONTH FREEBIE
3. Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who fall into the category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion.
4. The MID-MONTH FREEBIE promotion, is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
5. This promotion, MID-MONTH FREEBIE, is open to all active Mykonos Tsogo Rewards members and NO points earning
6. The draw format will offer FREE draw tickets for all members, which can be collected daily from Monday the 10^th of March until Friday the 14^th of March– a total of 5 FREE tickets for the five days (1 FREE Ticket per day).
7. A maximum of 5 x FREE Draw tickets in total, before the live draws at 19h00 and 20h00 on 14 March 2025 (5 day ticket collection). Ticket collection is daily at the eHost from 09h30. The eHost will close on the 14th of March at 19h55.
8. Tickets will be entered into the draw bin (tombola), in the foyer area of the casino (draw bin will be under surveillance camera view) and only valid for 14 March 2025.
9. Draw entries cannot be purchased through cash, points or any other form of consideration.
10. The live draws will take place on 14 March at 19h00 and 20h00 and 4 winners will be selected at the 19h00 draw and 4 winners at the 20h00 draw via the draw bin (tombola), and all the required personnel will be present to ensure compliance and all draw paperwork will be completed as per normal. Total of 8 winners on 14 March 2025.
11. Tickets will be manually drawn by a marketing representative, with an independent auditor present to oversee the drawing process at each live draw date.
12. There will be 4 balloons with prizes in at the 19h00 draw and 4 balloons with prizes in at the 20h00 draw. The first selected winner at each draw time will be able to select the 1^st

13. Winners (8) will also have the opportunity to receive a bonus prize, if they have downloaded and registered on the Tsogo Sun Mobile App. If the winner selected can show us that he/she has downloaded and registered on the Tsogo Sun Mobile App, they will receive an extra bonus prize of R250 +Play.
14. UP to R32 000 in Prizes (Cash, +Play and Café Vigour Food & Beverage Prizes) up for grabs on the 14^th of March 2025.
15. Participants may be drawn more than once, but can only win once at the 19h00 draw and also once at the 20h00 draw. So our patrons can win twice on the draw evening. A re-draw will take place if the same winner is selected at each draw time.
16. Participants may register to decline to be present at the draws by completing a Proxy Form. Participants may nominate a Proxy to act on their behalf if they choose not to be present. A positive and acceptable form of identification must be presented by both the Participant and Nominee (if applicable) when completing the Proxy Form.
17. The prescribed Proxy Forms will be available at the Tsogo Rewards Desk from Thursday the 13^th of March to the 14^th of March 2025 until 18h00.
18. Prize winners or Proxies who are present will be given 90 seconds to present themselves and must have evidence of the winning ticket and/or Rewards card belonging to the prize winner and /or a positive and acceptable form of identification.
19. Should the prize winner not present themselves within 90 seconds, and there is no record of the prize winner declining the invitation to be present by completing the prescribed Proxy Form, a re-draw will take place.
20. Should a prize winner who is eligible for a prize but not present as a result of declining an invite to be present for the draw by completing the prescribed Proxy Form, the casino shall take all reasonable steps to contact the prize winner via the contact details provided in the prescribed Proxy Form and/or GMS system. In such circumstances the prize winner may claim the prize within 15 days from the day of the draw at the Customer Service desk.
21. Nominees shall not be entitled to any prize (s) or benefits and shall not take receipt of prizes accruing to the winner they represent.
22. Prizes must be collected and signed for the receipt thereof by the relevant Prize Winner (not Nominees), as the case may be, within 15 days from the date of the draw at Mykonos Casino.
23. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management, and the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board will be notified.
24. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged.
25. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
26. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
27. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
28. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.

30. Any complaints and/or disputes can be lodged with the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board.
