1. The EXCITE YOUR LIFE promotion is exclusive to active Mykonos Tsogo Rewards members and will be running from 01 January until 25 April 2025.
2. No person under the age of 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in the EXCITE YOUR LIFE
3. Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who falls into the category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion.
4. The EXCITE YOUR LIFE promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
5. This promotion is running over a 4 month period with the breakdown of draw dates as below:

6. Draws of 31 January, 28 February, 28 March and 25 April 2025 are compulsory for our members to attend.

7. Participants may register to decline to be present at the draws by completing a Proxy Form. Participants may nominate a Proxy to act on their behalf if they choose not to be present. A positive and acceptable form of identification must be presented by both the Participant and Nominee (if applicable) when completing the Proxy Form.
8. The prescribed Proxy Forms will be available at the Tsogo Rewards Desk and are valid from ticket collection dates for the different draws until 18h00 on the draw evenings of 31 January, 28 February, 28 March and 25 April 2025.
9. Participants or duly authorized representatives shall be required to present themselves within 90 seconds from the time of announcement, and must produce the valid ticket entry (possession of evidence of the winning receipt) and positive and acceptable form of identification e.g. a South African I.D./South African Driver’s Licence/Passport or other official form of identification as approved by the casino and any other details as required. A redraw will occur should participants not present themselves within 90 seconds or if their identity cannot be verified, then they will not be eligible for a prize and a re-draw will take place.
10. Prize winners or Proxies who are present will be given 90 seconds to present themselves and must have evidence of the winning ticket and/or Rewards card belonging to the prize winner and /or a positive and acceptable form of identification.
11. Should the prize winner not present themselves within 90 seconds, and there is no record of the prize winner declining the invitation to be present by completing the prescribed Proxy Form, a re-draw will take place.
12. Should a prize winner who is eligible for a prize but not present as a result of declining an invite to be present for the draw by completing the prescribed Proxy Form, the casino shall take all reasonable steps to contact the prize winner via the contact details provided in the prescribed Proxy Form and/or GMS system. In such circumstances the prize winner may claim the prize within 15 days from the day of the draw at the Customer Service desk.
13. Nominees shall not be entitled to any prize (s) or benefits and shall not take receipt of prizes accruing to the winner they represent.
14. Prizes must be collected and signed for the receipt thereof by the relevant Prize Winner (not Nominees), as the case may be, within 15 days from the date of the draw at Mykonos Casino.
15. Launch Draw – 31 January 2025:

• The Launch draw will take place on 31 January 2025 at 20h00 and is exclusive to Mykonos Tsogo Rewards members.
• Points earning for all Tiers start on 1 January until 31 January 2025, with 250 points per ticket entry to qualify.
• Ticket activation starts from 27 January until 31 January 2025 at the eHost or Tsogo Sun Mobile App.
• The live draws will take place on 31 January at 20h00 and the 6 winners will be selected via the electronic draw selector. All the required personnel will be present to ensure compliance and all draw paperwork will be completed as per normal.
• Winners will have the opportunity to choose one of the 6 boxes for the mystery prize to be won and the box can only be won, once per evening.
• Participants may be drawn more than once, but can only win once on the draw evening. A re-draw will take place if the same winner is selected on the 31 January 2025.
• The Launch draw is compulsory for our members to attend.
• Our 6 Winners will also have the opportunity to receive a bonus Café Vigour Food & Beverage prize of R250 each, if they have downloaded and registered on the Tsogo Sun Mobile App, prior to the live draw time.

16. First Monthly Tier Draws – 28 February 2025:

• The first monthly Tier draws will take place on 28 February at 19h00 and 20h00 and is exclusive to Mykonos Tsogo Rewards members, with a total of Up to R70 000 in Cash & Prizes up for grabs.
• This will be a Tier specific draw.
• Our 10-Tier and J-Tier must earn 300 points, per ticket entry, from 1 February until 28 February 2025, to qualify for their draw entry, for the live draws taking place on 28 February at 19h00.
• Our Q-Tier, K-Tier and A-Tier must earn 600 points, per ticket entry from 1 February until 28 February to qualify for their draw entry, for the live draws taking place on 28 February at 20h00.

• Ticket activation for all Tiers, will take place from 24 February until 28 February 2025 at the eHost or Tsogo Sun Mobile App. The live draws will take place on 28 February at 19h00 for our 10-Tier and J-Tier and 5 winners will be selected via the electronic draw selector. The live draws for our Q-Tier, K-Tier and A-Tier will take place at 20h00 and 5 winners will be selected via the electronic draw selector, and all the required personnel will be present to ensure compliance and all draw paperwork will be completed as per normal. A total of 10 winners for the evening.

• The second monthly Tier draws will take place on 28 March 2025 at 19h00 and 20h00 and is exclusive to Mykonos Casino Tsogo Rewards members, with a total of UP To R80 000 In Cash & Prizes up for grabs.
• This will be a Tier specific draw.
• Our 10-Tier and J-Tier must earn 350 points, per ticket entry, from 1 March until 28 March, to qualify for their draw entry, for the live draws taking place on 28 March at 19h00.
• Our Q-Tier, K-Tier and A-Tier must earn 700 points, per ticket entry from 1 March until 28 March, to qualify for their draw entry, for the live draws taking place on 28 March at 20h00.

18. Bonus Draw & Final Cash & Car Draw – 25 April 2025:

• The final Cash & Car draw is exclusive to our Mykonos Tsogo Rewards members and 1,000 points per ticket entry required to qualify for a draw entry, for all Tiers from 1 January until 25 April 2025.
• The final draw evening of 25 April 2025 will consist out of a Bonus draw at 19h00 and the final Cash & Car draw at 20h00.
• Ticket activation for the Bonus draw and the final Cash & Car draw will take place from 18 April until 25 April 2025, at the eHost or Tsogo Sun Mobile App.

BONUS DRAW – 25 April 2025 at 19h00

• Our patrons that participated in all 3 draw dates of 31 January, 28 February and 28 March 2025, will be eligible for the bonus draw.
• The bonus draw will take place on 25 April 2025 at 19h00.
• The Electronic Draw Selector process will be used.
• 3 Winners will be selected via the electronic draw selector.
• The bonus draw is compulsory for our members to attend.
• Each winner will receive R5000 in +Play.
• A winner can only win once at the 19h00 draw.
• The winners of the 19h00 draw can win again at the final Cash & Car draw at 20h00.

FINAL CASH & CAR DRAW – 25 April 2025 at 20h00

• The Electronic Draw Selector process will be used.
• 4 winners will be selected via the electronic draw selector at the final Cash & Car draw at 20h00.
• The 1^st selected winner will receive the lowest amount of cash and the 4th selected winner will be the owner of the brand new car (VW Polo Life 1.0 TSI)
• Participants may have more than one ticket, but can only win once at the 20h00 draw.
• These draws are compulsory for our members to attend.

19. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draws, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management. The Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board will be notified of any changes.
20. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged.
21. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
22. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
23. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
24. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
25. The vehicle advertised and/or displayed is for advertising purposes only and might differ from the actual prize to be won.

27. Any complaints and/or disputes can be lodged with the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board.
