Time Is On Your Side

1. The Time Is On Your Side promotion is exclusive to active Mykonos Casino Rewards cardholders and the live draw will take place on 19 November 2023 at 18h00 and 19h00.
2. No person under the age of 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in the Time Is On Your Side promotion.
3. Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who fall into the category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion.
4. The Time Is On Your Side promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents, or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
5. This promotion is open to all active Mykonos Casino Rewards cardholders and NO points earning New Mykonos Casino Rewards Sign Ups on 19 November will not be eligible to participate.
6. The draw format will offer 5 x FREE draw tickets for each Mykonos Casino Rewards cardholder (TIER), which can be collected on Saturday, 18 November and also UP to 5 x FREE draw tickets on Sunday, 19 November. Time schedule for collection of tickets:

18 November:

09h30 – 03h00 – a total of 5 FREE tickets on 18 November 2023.

19 November:

09h30 – 15h00 (5 tickets), 15h00 – 16h00 (4 tickets), 16h00 – 17h00 (3 tickets) and 17h00 – 18h00 (2 tickets) and 18h00 – 19h00 – 1 ticket) – a total of UP to 5 FREE tickets on the 19^th.

7. A maximum of 10 x FREE Draw tickets in total on the Saturday and Sunday, before the live draw on 19 November 2023 at 18h00 and 19h00.
8. Tickets will be entered into the draw bin (tombola), in the foyer area of the casino (draw bin will be under surveillance camera view) and only valid for 19 November 2023.
9. Draw entries cannot be purchased through cash, points, or any other form of consideration.
10. The live draw will take place on 19 November 2023 at 18h00 and 19h00 and 3 winners will be selected at the 18h00 draw and 4 winners at the 19h00 draw via the draw bin (tombola), and all the required personnel will be present to ensure compliance and all draw paperwork will be completed as per normal.
11. Tickets will be manually drawn by a marketing representative, with an independent auditor present to oversee the drawing process at each live draw date.
12. The first drawn ticket will receive the lowest prize available, with the last drawn ticket at each draw time the highest prize available.
13. Participants may be drawn more than once but can only win once on the 19^th of November. A re-draw will take place if the same winner is selected on a draw evening.
14. Up to R31 000 in Prizes are up for grabs on the 19^th of November (Cash, FreePlay, Café Vigour Food and Beverage prizes and an Accommodation offer for 2 people, for two nights at Club Mykonos Resort).
15. It is not compulsory for Mykonos Casino Rewards cardholders to be at the live draw, however winners that are not attending the live draw, will only receive Cash prizes and winners that are attending the live draws, will receive Cash, FreePlay, Café Vigour Food and Beverage prizes and the Accommodation offer for two at Club Mykonos.
16. If the 4^th selected winner at the 19h00 draw, is not attending the draw there will be a bonus draw/s for the Accommodation offer for two at Club Mykonos, as patrons that are not attending the draws, can only receive the Cash Prizes. It is compulsory for the patron to attend the draw to receive the Accommodation offer for two persons at the Club Mykonos resort.
17. The Accommodation prize excludes public holidays, school holidays, and special days and is subject to availability and ONLY for two people, for two days.
18. The Accommodation prize is only available for November 2023, December (1 – 13 December 2023), January (15 – 31 January 2024), February 2024 and March 2024.
19. The Accommodation prize is for two people, for two nights only between Monday and Sunday.
20. The Accommodation prize excludes transport from and to the venue and excludes all meals and is not transferrable.
21. Winners that are not attending the live draw, will be notified via a personal call and SMS, and will be informed to collect and sign for their prizes won within 15 days of the draw date.
22. All prize winners need to show a positive and acceptable form of Identification i.e., South African ID, Valid Driver’s Licence, Mykonos Casino Rewards card, or Passport.
23. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management, and the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board will be notified.
24. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged and prize winners must sign for receipt of prizes.
25. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered.
26. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
27. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
28. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.

30. Any complaints and/or disputes can be lodged with the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board.
